The process was simple and straightforward. I applied online on Jan 1 and got a call on Jan 8 to schedule an interview for Jan 16. The interview started with a 30-minute written exercise, followed by a 30-minute panel interview with 5 interviewers. I got a verbal offer on Jan 22 and started on Feb 23.

I applied on Nov 10, 2023. I got an invite for an interview on Nov 27th, 2023. Then, a second interview on Dec 4, 2023. On Dec 22, 2023, I got an email about a decision. Jan 2, 2024, a call said there was a tentative offer pending HR approval. Jan 3, 2024, a second call gave an insulting offer of $55K annually, which is cynical given my 10+ years of experience. A waste of time.

Not much info about pay, hours, or what's needed for the interview beforehand. No wiggle room on interview date/time. Had to pay for parking to get interviewed, they didn't validate. Interviewed by like 5 people at once, seems like too many folks asking questions that fewer could handle. Pay is vague, just a 'modest stipend' at the end. You gotta cover your own travel. Expects 30+ hours/week plus some nights/weekends, so no other job. They asked if I 'needed this job to sustain myself.' Had to write a business letter during the interview without prior notice. The interns seemed kinda unhappy. Basically, this setup works for students whose parents cover their expenses, not for those who need a paying job to get by. It's kinda discriminatory against students who can't afford living costs without working.
