The panel seemed unprepared and uninterested in my answers. One person was yawning a lot, which was distracting. The interview started late. Overall, the people in the Solicitor's office seemed unprofessional.

The interview process was really quick and easy. There was one interview with all the members of the call center, and after the interview, they gave out a word document with some questions describing scenarios. Since the role was bilingual, the interview was both in Spanish and English.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The whole interview process had four parts: first, a one-on-one chat, then a panel interview, next a writing assignment, and finally another panel interview. The City was super slow with this and told me they now have a policy to make an offer within 90 days of the job posting, which I guess means it used to take them longer.

Behavioral Group

It was a panel interview with about 3 to 5 people, and they all asked questions. Some of the questions felt a bit repetitive, which made me think they're really trying to fill positions quickly and aren't being overly selective. One of the first things they asked was about my feelings on working in the office, which makes sense given that many people seem to have stopped working from home, opening up a lot of roles.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Tell me about your approach to managing multiple tasks.
