I interviewed with four people, and had to wait about 10 minutes for the team leader. The interview environment was really friendly. They didn't ask me about my availability to start, which made me wonder if the role was already filled when they spoke with me. Maybe that's why they were so nice.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was really slow. It started with me responding to an ad and then there was a long wait before the first contact. The first step was a phone screening where I expected standard interview questions and sometimes technical ones. After that, I had to answer an email questionnaire, which also involved another waiting period. Eventually, I got an in-person interview. The first meeting was with the Department Head one-on-one, and then subsequent interviews with middle management were in a panel format. In the end, the position was put on hold.
