I interviewed with the Accountant, Accounting Manager, and the Financial Director. They each introduced themselves and explained their roles. The Accountant gave a brief overview of the department and its teams. At the end of the interview, there was a "test" with journal entry and multiple-choice questions.

They use a group interview format. You'll be in a room with about 3-4 other candidates. Two managers will ask questions, and everyone will take turns answering. The questions are pretty straightforward, like asking why you want to work there, what you expect from managers and coworkers, or what you'd do in a specific situation. It seems like they really favor hiring people who are related to current employees or friends of employees. The interview is so basic that if you're related to someone there, it doesn't matter much. But if you're not, and you're interviewing with someone who is, you'll either need to give really great answers or expect a bad outcome.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • How would you handle a situation where a patron is unhappy or a child is misbehaving, aiming to fix it without making things worse?
