The process felt more like a conversation between acquaintances and that made it easier to answer questions clearly and confidently. The questions asked were not simple so it allowed me to think on my feet while being as accurate as possible with my answers.

I applied and was contacted 3 months later to come for an official interview. It was a panel interview consisting of 3 HR officers. It was during covid so regulations had to be followed. Each officer got to ask questions. A few weeks later I was called to come to the offices with my certified documents and I signed my contract the same day.
