The interview process was really smooth and comfortable. They communicated clearly and were very accommodating. It was a valuable and timely conversation. I'd suggest others use a similar process. I was able to do the interview virtually without any issues. That's all I have to say.

Pretty simple, they asked me about seven to ten questions. Mostly it was 'tell me about a time' type questions, but some were just about my experience and how I work with people. Make sure you ask them about what the job entails, like what a day-to-day looks like. They want to make sure you know what you're getting into.

It took about six months from when I started applying until I got the job. The process involved a background interview, a drug screen, a polygraph test, and then a bunch of interviews. These included an in-home interview, a group interview, and a one-on-one interview. They also did a physical exam that checked my vision, hearing, mental health, and general medical condition.

The interview process was pretty quick once it got going. My contact was responsive. They organized the interview well and gave good info about the job and department. The second interview was tough, but they gave helpful feedback at the end on how I did. Since this was my first interview in 8 years, I was impressed by the preparation and quality.
