Started with a recruiter chat, then went through 2 interview rounds. One round involved a case study where I had to prep a deck within an hour for presentation. The interviews included a panel with 3 interviewers and a final chat with an Executive Director on the team.

I got a message from a recruiter. After I put in my application, we had a phone chat and it went pretty well. They told me I'd get a call to meet with the hiring manager once they were back from vacation near the end of the month if they wanted to move forward with the in-person interview. I reached out about 5 weeks later to see what was up and found out that the role had a new recruiter assigned to help fill it. The first recruiter got in touch about a week after that to let me know and also said the job had been filled.

Behavioral

The HR I dealt with was rude and does not listen to what you actually say. HR is on a power trip and assumes they hold all the power in an interview. When actually interviewing does not listen to what candidate tells them.
