I put in applications online for a few Clinical RN III jobs and then got an email the next day from talent acquisition asking about my availability for an interview. I talked to talent acquisition the next day over the phone, and they asked about what kind of positions I preferred and just a quick rundown of my past work experience. After that, I had a zoom interview set up with 3 different managers from various floors. The whole interview took about 15 minutes. They asked me about how I balance my personal life with work, what a typical day is like for an oncology RN, a situation where I went the extra mile for a patient, and my reasons for wanting to work at their facility. I got a call about a week later with a job offer.

The recruiter spent the entire phone screening giving me advice on my nursing career, and said my previous employers were terrible. She said she told the hiring manager how bad they are, which was unprofessional and ruined my chances. I wouldn't want to work here anyway if this is the first impression.

I applied online for the Operating Room RN position. They told me a few years ago when I got my BSN to reapply because O.R. RN's are always needed. I interviewed with the Management team and some of the staff. They asked typical O.R. questions about procedures I've done, scrubbing, dealing with surgeons, and handling stress.
