I applied online and then gave them a call. They called me back for an initial interview two days later. There were three interviewers. We first went over the job description and talked about pay and hours. The interview was pretty casual and routine. They asked about my past jobs and some of the duties involved in this role. They said a decision would be made in a few days based on the initial interviews. I got an email saying I didn't get the job.

I was emailed to set up an interview. The questions were really on point and easy to get. It felt like they had a solid plan for the interview. The interviewer told me more about the job, what's expected, and what problems might come up. It was a chill but professional vibe, like the office itself. They gave me a rough idea of when they'd make a decision, and I got an email update later about the timeline. Even the rejection email was super nice, the best I've ever received. Honestly, it was the most polished interview experience I've had.
