Had to go for a 3-hour testing session. The interview itself had 3 interviewers who had STAR questions prepared. Each interviewer asked one question and took notes on the response. They explained the questions well and they weren't too hard. I noticed each interviewer had slightly different expectations for how they wanted answers phrased. It was also important to make eye contact with one of the interviewers while responding, as they were taking notes. Candidates are allowed to bring notes with them.

The interview began with introductions and a chance to talk about my general work background. Then, we moved into a STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Results) format, which involved about four questions. After that, I had the opportunity to ask my own questions and share any other information that might be helpful for the employer to know about me. The whole thing took about 35 minutes, and they mentioned when they'd be making a decision for the position.

The interview process was good and well communicated. The people I met were very nice. It was a behavioral interview with two people on the panel. I was informed very quickly after the interview. Some questions were difficult to answer, but they were very nice and gave me time to answer.
