The interview process was straightforward and not intended to make you feel stressed. They have a clear idea of what they're looking for. The HR team is also very communicative and easy to work with, making it simple to manage all the necessary documents for the interview and hiring stages.

The interview started with a screening, then a call with the team. After the first phone call, things went downhill. Instead of email, they texted about next steps. I followed up with the team lead, Bradly, because they forgot about my application. A couple of hours later, I got a LinkedIn message from Manju saying they were moving on. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism. They asked me about NoSQL and identity server, which weren't in the job listing. Turns out, the identity server was a hard requirement.

It was a multi-panel interview, mostly done through email. The job description didn't really align with the interview questions. They scheduled the interview at their convenience, which I get since they had to coordinate 6 people. The group was friendly, but it was tough to keep track of who was who and their names. The interview felt like they were reading questions from a Microsoft certification manual. The hiring manager hasn't gotten back to me.
