It was a really tough interview process. The panel didn't interact much at all. The questions were hard but seemed right for the job. The room wasn't very welcoming and it made me feel unwelcome. I did like the questions, but the panel's attitude made me question if I wanted to work for that department. I felt like I was just a formality before they hired someone they already had in mind.

If you apply and don't hear back from the manager in a couple weeks, they'll still keep your application for future openings. If they pick you for an interview, you'll come in and meet the manager and a couple lead cashiers. They'll ask you questions and write down what you say. You'll usually hear back within a week if you get the job.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Describe how you would manage a scenario where you're the only cashier, assisting a patron on the phone, dealing with a large incoming group for public swim, and receiving another call while the Lesson Supervisor (who is trained to cashier) asks you to fix a jammed printer.

It was a panel interview with 6 people. I had multiple interviews. Honestly, a couple of the interviewers were unprofessional and acted that way. You know, like eye-rolling and giving side-eye to others on the panel. It really felt like a clique where they think they're better than you and it's exclusive.

The interview process was smooth and the questions were pretty standard, but they were really focused on the skills needed for the job. I had two interviews, and there were at least five people interviewing me in total. One of the interviews involved giving a presentation.
