For my experience, I had interviews for the Bluebonnet location. You can let the circulation desk know you have an interview scheduled and they will let the interviewers know. The number of interviewers can vary. They will first go over the policies like background checks and drug screenings after hiring. They will also tell you about the duties, such as shelving books, working in different departments, and taking down walls to make a bigger conference room. Lastly, they will ask you interview questions. After each part, they ask if you have questions. If you forgot something, you can say it then. They will also let you know that the whole process takes about 2 weeks, and if you get the job offer, the EBR Library system will contact you.
