I had an initial interview with 4 panelists. It was brief but challenging. I felt positive about it. After waiting 3 weeks with no response, I emailed the HR representative. She informed me they had attempted to contact me and asked if I could come in for a second interview. Following that, I received an email from the Department Manager for an over-the-phone interview. His questions were general, focusing on my genuine interest in the job and my ability to perform it well. My third interview was in person at the City of Atlanta. The supervisor indicated I got the job at the end of this interview. Despite my follow-up emails and voicemails over two weeks, I heard nothing about the hiring process. Eventually, I received an email stating I did not get the job, as they decided to go in a different direction, which was quite disappointing.

I applied online and they set up a phone interview via email, it was short and easy but I never heard back either way. No follow up was done.
