I got to pick the day and time for my interview. The interviewer was nice and the questions weren't too hard. I think they're just really picky about who they hire, which is why some jobs are still open.

I had a terrible experience with their hiring process. For a phone interview, they never showed up. Their orange county sector is really disorganized. The first time I got an invite for a second round, they canceled a day before, saying the role was closing. Another time, I was asked to interview for a different job I didn't even apply for. Then, another time, they scheduled an interview, I booked it, and then on the day of the phone interview, I was stood up. I followed up via message since that was their only contact method, letting them know I wasn't contacted for the interview and was fine to reschedule if something came up on their end. The next day, they replied, unsure why I wasn't contacted and also mentioned the position was filled. It's really unprofessional to waste people's time like that, and very disorganized.

The interviewers were two people. The process was super chill and laid-back. They made me feel so at ease, like I was just chatting with a buddy. All in all, a really good time.

There were a bunch of rounds of interviews, and they took a while to get back to me. I ended up talking to a few different managers because the role I first applied for was already taken.
