The interview process was really quick, easy, and straightforward. I had three interviews in total: first, a phone screen with a recruiter, then an in-person interview with the bank manager, and finally, another in-person interview with the district manager.

I sent in my resume. This bank doesn't have formal applications, you can mail it to the Lawton, OK headquarters, submit it online, or drop it off at a branch. First, there was a phone interview covering the basics. Then, they mailed me a packet to start the background check, credit check, and drug test, which I had to bring with me to the next interview. After that, I interviewed with the branch manager and assistant manager. They asked basic questions about my past jobs, but the main thing they wanted to see was if I could sell. They told me how difficult selling bank products was and I had to convince them I had the drive to do it.
