First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at City Market.
Sales Associate Cashier
They were really nice to me. I arrived and then I had to present myself. They asked me several questions and I was confident enough to answer them all. After the interview they told me that they were going to call me so that I could know the decision they made.
- What is your motivation for this job?
- Can you introduce yourself?
Auxiliar
The hiring process felt a bit slow, especially when it came to finalizing the contract. However, throughout the experience, the team was consistently very kind and attentive, always ready to help with any questions we had. Overall, the service and the way they handled our doubts were quite good.
- Why would you like to work here?
Pharmacy Technician
Had just one interview with the hiring manager, and the whole process was super fast. I got onboarded shortly after. They mostly asked generic questions about the store overall, not so much about pharmacy stuff. It's a plus if you mention prior health care work.
- Describe how you would handle a specific de-escalation scenario.
Courtsey Clerk
I applied online and then got an email to schedule an interview. I had to call back quickly to set up the interview time. After that, I went to the store for the actual interview.
- Could you start by telling me a bit about yourself?
- What makes you interested in working at this company?
- What is your availability like and what kind of schedule are you looking for?
