The interview process was extremely disorganized and then they ghosted me. I reached out again thinking maybe my application got lost, but no. They just lack basic courtesy. Apparently, they had already gone through several candidates for this role before me. Given my experience, I can't really blame the other candidates for backing out. 0/10 would not recommend.

Met with CFO and Controller, discussed very little about the actual tasks related to the position over an hour. Most questions were about my prior experience and casual conversation, possibly to see if personality would be a good fit.
