The interview process involved 4 interviews and took several months to conclude. Unfortunately, there was no resolution or communication regarding the final disposition. A simple courtesy email would have been appreciated given the time elapsed and the multiple times I committed to interviewing. Aside from the lack of follow-up, the overall process was okay.

The interview process started with a phone screening. Then, there was a 45-minute conversation with a manager and a director (who was the hiring manager). After that, I had a 30-45 minute partner interview, where I met with one or two partners. I did really well in the first two stages. In the final round, I only met with one of the partners. This person seemed really focused on bragging about the firm's growth and success, and how much better their work-life balance was compared to their previous job. They asked me questions that I had already answered in previous interviews. Overall, the interview itself went well, but then I got rejected the very next day via an automated email. They didn't give me any feedback. I honestly don't think they hired anyone for the role because my interview ended at 2:45 PM, and the rejection email came at 9:30 AM the next day. It felt like a complete waste of my time and energy, especially since I was genuinely excited about the job. It makes you wonder why they'd post a job and interview people if they weren't going to hire anyone.

The whole interview process was completed within 2 weeks and I got my offer. I am satisfied with CTC, I accepted the offer and joined Citrin. I am happy with Citrin Cooperman. The steps were: 1. HR call for basic details and scheduling interviews 2. Accounting Test 3. Technical interview with Director 4. Technical interview with US team managers. 5. Technical with Advisory Executive Director 6. CTC discussion with HR 7. Offer letter released.

The interview process was just a phone screen. Honestly, I didn't like the recruiter much. She went through my resume line by line, which felt weird because I'm so qualified. Then she told me to call back when I actually move to the cities I applied for (Chicago and LA), which are super expensive. Nobody moves without a job lined up first. I have a feeling I won't hear back, even if I do move. It was a total waste of time and I didn't even get to talk about myself or my experience. They could have just rejected my application so I wouldn't have to take time off work for a call that wasn't going anywhere.
