the interviewer was really nice, I was misunderstanding some key words of immergeation informations and he was giving a lot of description and repeated 2+times for those words. He asked 7 questions, 5 questions are focus on behavior such as the project I did and the software I know, he also asked 2 questions for immergrations but I wasn't understand about that....

FSWEP is basically a pool of student applicants that managers can choose from if they want a cheaper, temporary worker who's keen to get some experience with the government. I put my name in the FSWEP database a year before HR services got in touch with me by email and phone about a part-time offer with HRSDC (Passport Program). The email seemed super informal (I've since learned they can't send much because of firewall and privacy settings), but I set up a quick phone interview where we chatted about my interests. After that, they emailed me again to invite me to a testing session. It was about 20 minutes, mostly typing. I then submitted proof of citizenship, some security forms, and my availability. Around 2.5 months later, they called and asked me to start immediately!

They had 2 interviews, one technical where I had to prove my knowledge in frontend (new frameworks like React.js/Angular/ES7) and backend (REST API calls, database, AWS etc), and version controlling (git, azure, tfs). The other was a behavioral interview to prove I can be a team player and also show leadership skills.
