First, I was contacted by a recruiter from HQ. Then, I had a phone interview with a regional manager. Two weeks later, I was called for a face to face interview. The phone interview had the same questions as a face-to-face interview.

The interview was long, but it was a good way to learn how the Bank operates. The pay is decent, but you should definitely negotiate at the offer stage since raises are not a thing here.

I first met with the branch manager for an interview for an open Banker I position. After that, the branch manager sent me to the regional recruiter. This part was a bit annoying because the recruiter was really slow to respond to calls and emails, sometimes taking days. Apparently, this is typical for my recruiter, but other employees have better recruiters. I had two phone interviews with this recruiter where they asked about my sales and customer service background. I had to give examples of selling and dealing with tough customers. Then I met with the regional manager face-to-face. This interview was short, maybe 10 minutes, and he just got to know me and asked about my background. I got a call with an offer the next day.
