Applied for the job, got a Hirevue video interview which I passed. Then I had an in-person interview. HR called after two weeks to say they are holding off hiring for the position and suggested checking back in 6 months. It felt like a rejection, and I was annoyed they weren't upfront. It felt like a waste of time because the interviewers seemed more interested in demeaning me than discussing my work.

Submitted application through their system, then had a recruiter call where they verified info, asked some basic questions, and discussed salary. After that, I got an email with a link for a video Q&A interview. If I move past that, there's a panel interview with a timeline of several weeks in total.

The interview process was pretty straightforward initially. I had a good interview with HR and they said I was moving on. They mentioned I'd get emails about benefits and a recorded interview, but then I never got them. I followed up once and heard nothing. Weeks later, I got an email saying I wasn't selected. It's a shame because even though the pay was lower, I wanted to get into underwriting. It's more about the poor communication and seeming dishonesty with candidates. Honestly, it's probably for the best, as I wouldn't want to work for a company that treats people this way. The interviewer seemed more interested in chatting about RTO than actually interviewing me. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place.

Applied online. Got a call from HR recruiting manager about 3 weeks later. They told me about the job details (title, salary) and asked if I was still interested. I said yes, so they set up a phone screening for about a week later. I passed that, and then the recruiter set up an in-person interview with the financial reporting manager and a senior accountant I'd be working with. It was pretty chill but formal, and very organized. They talked about the company, what the job entails, and the pay/benefits. Mostly behavioral questions. About 2 weeks after the interview, HR called again and sent a background check form. Got the offer 2 days after that.
