Data Security Analyst
So there were 3 rounds total. First was with HR, then the hiring manager, and finally the founder. The founder interview was late in the evening (5 pm) and then the next morning at 9 am I had the third interview. They also do this thing called a threat of reference check, where they ask about your manager at every job and what they would say about you, and then they call them to verify everything.
- When did you graduate from college?
- What would your previous managers say about you?
Analyst
The first interview was missed by the interviewer. The second interviewer didn't have their camera on. I was offered a job, contingent on a contract being won. They won it, but communication was terrible, with emails going unanswered more than 3 times. Even after accepting the offer, they didn't communicate or respond, making it a really bad experience.
- Can you spell your supervisor's first and last name?
Business Intelligence Analyst
I had a virtual interview for an analyst position. I liked that the recruiter was very friendly and helpful in the interview process. It seemed like they had my best interest at heart and made the first interview a pleasant experience. It took a little time to nail down a time for the first interview finally. Overall, I enjoyed it. I still have more interviews to go with this company.
- Can you tell me about your relevant experience?
Badging Specialist
The interview process was really comfortable, very straight to the point, clear, and concise. They answered all my questions before I could even ask them. The interviewer, Miss Valerie, spoke very well with me and had a great tone. She made me feel so comfortable; usually, I'm nervous in interviews, but I didn't feel that today because of how she made me feel, and I loved it.
- Can you describe a time you handled a problem-solving interaction and explain how you resolved it?
