The interview process started with an online assessment that had 4 to 5 sections including logical aptitude, verbal reasoning, and analytical questions, followed by 2 coding questions. They were pretty easy, just needed practice to pass. After that, there were 2 interview rounds: a technical round and an HR round.

I was contacted by a recruitment agency and Citi Bank about a suitable opening. The interview was scheduled for a weekday, so I took time off work, expecting fewer people than during weekend drives. However, after waiting for three hours, I was told to leave without any interview because my profile wasn't suitable. I had to travel 35kms for this, and it's frustrating to waste so much time only to be dismissed. Many others present also left without interviews, clearly frustrated.

First there was a recruiter phone call that just explained the process. Then a behavioral phone call that was pretty straightforward but required in-depth answers with follow-up questions and clarifications. The final round was actually pretty fun. You get one hour to prep for a case study, and then you do a behavioral round that's similar to the phone interview, a technical round where they just asked resume questions and LC easies (no coding, just describing thought process and solution), and then a case study. I have to commend citi in that their interviewers were probably the nicest I've ever encountered. All of them were extremely friendly and willing to answer questions.
