The interview process started with an online test covering Computer Science fundamentals, English, Logical Reasoning, and Quantitative Aptitude, which also included 2 Coding Problems. Following this, there were 2 technical rounds, and then HR rounds. In some cases, candidates proceeded directly to the HR round after the first technical round, based on their performance.

The hiring process was super disorganized. I had a phone interview at a totally random time, and they took ages to reply to emails, if they replied at all. On the day of the in-person interview, the secretary had already left and no one answered the phone, so I was stuck in the lobby for about 20 minutes waiting for someone to let me in. Plus, I asked about feedback from like 3 people and they all ignored me. It gave me a really bad impression of the bank.

Primeiramente me mandaram um email se eu estava interessada na vaga xpto. Apenas depois de um mês que aceitei a proposta, fui convidada pelo rh terceirizado deles, a Across para uma entrevista por telefone. Logo que aprovada, fui convidada para a entrevista com o gestor.
