I had a phone screen, then a first round interview with various questions about Product Control, knowledge of Citi, and derivative products like the difference between Futures and Forwards, and explaining different types of options. They also asked how I'd handle a trader disagreeing with my P&L marks. The second round was more of a fit interview with my manager and an SVP, focusing on work ethic, handling deadlines, and working independently. It was pretty quick; after the phone screen, about a week to a week and a half later, I was called for an in-person interview, which I'm guessing was the first of the 4 rounds. After that, a week later, I was asked to come in again for round 2, and a week after that, I was offered the position.

So, the first thing was this Amcat test which had quant, verbal, aptitude and two coding questions. After that, the second round involved discussing my projects, some puzzles, and questions on linked lists. They specifically asked me to explain my project and then asked follow-up questions based on that.
