So I had this interview for a Risk Management role. It was a panel interview with about 2 or 3 people. The weird thing was that most of them were super late to join, like way past the start time, and none of them had their cameras on. Honestly, the whole thing felt like a mess, really disorganized. It seemed like they were just looking for someone who would be okay with minimal career progress.

The interview process was good, they covered JavaScript basics and advanced concepts, along with Java and database fundamentals. It included coding challenges, problem-solving scenarios, and conceptual questions to assess technical proficiency. The discussion also touched on best practices, optimization techniques, and real-world applications of programming concepts. Overall, it was a well-structured evaluation of both theoretical knowledge and practical implementation skills.

The interviewer was confused about who they were interviewing and spent most of the time looking at the wrong CV. This resulted in a lot of unclear questions. It was extremely unprofessional, and I've never had such a negative experience.
