It was pretty disorganized. The recruiter said there would be 2 rounds, but ended up being 3 interviews total. The first was a typical phone screen, then a team panel interview over Zoom. They messed up and I got an accidental rejection, but the recruiter called me the next week to apologize and said they wanted to move forward to a final Zoom interview. The senior leader didn't show up to the final interview, so we had to reschedule for the following week. I got rejected again with no feedback. At least the recruiter communicated and didn't ghost me.

Behavioral Case Presentation
It was a really long interview process. First, I submitted my CV, then there was an online assessment. If you passed that, you got invited to the first round of interviews, which were two 30-minute sessions with two senior leaders from the team. These were mostly behavioral questions. After that, you were invited to an assessment center. This involved two 30-minute behavioral interviews, plus a case study where you had 30 minutes to prepare a deck and then present it to the head for another 30 minutes. It was a super long and intense day, with almost 2 hours of straight interviewing.

The interview process involved an initial HR screening call where they mainly asked about my background, why I was interested in Citi, and some basic HR questions. This was followed by a group interview. During the group interview, a manager gave a 30-minute presentation. Afterwards, each candidate had an individual interview with two managers, with questions tailored to my CV and preferred department.
