It was a 3-round interview process, super professional and organized. The first round was with HR for general questions, the second was a technical interview, and the third was the final round, a bit like a salary review and behavioral interview, typical for a Fortune 500 company. The whole process took about 45 days.

Technical Behavioral Case Presentation
The interview process started with an online assessment via Plum. After that, there was an HR interview, followed by a 40-minute hiring manager interview that included mostly behavioral questions and some technical ones. The final round involved the hiring manager and a team manager, and it was a case study interview. The case study was provided an hour before the interview, requiring a solution and a PowerPoint presentation. This was followed by about 30 minutes of behavioral questions.

The selection process had 3 rounds: an Online Test, a Technical Interview, and an HR round. The Online Test included Java MCQs, Full Stack questions, and simple coding questions. Many people were shortlisted for our role. The Technical Interview focused on resume-based questions, covering SQL, OOPS concepts, HTML, CSS, and in-depth project details. All questions seemed quite simple. I felt confident I'd be selected after answering everything. However, I got a rejection message about the HR round after two hours. It feels like it's only based on luck.
