I sent in an application way back in September. I heard back in February, which felt like a long time. The manager seemed nice but was really unprofessional, getting distracted and someone even hung up on us when she left the room. There wasn't really a phone interview, they just asked if I still wanted the job and to come in. They took a few weeks to call me back with the offer.

The interview took about half an hour. They asked me about myself and my hobbies. They also asked about my work schedule. I was pretty persistent about getting the job, and it took about a month from my first callback to get the interview set up. They let me know the shift hours and then welcomed me to the team.

I applied and got an interview about a week later. I arrived early but had to wait 30 minutes to be seen. The interview was held in the middle of the store, with another candidate present, like a competition to see who was better. It felt totally unprofessional!
