Mechanical Engineer
Met at career fair, had a quick interview afterwards, then came in person to the office. They showed me around the office and the actual refinery, which was quite cool to see up close and gave me a better idea of their work.
- Can you tell me about a technical experience from school where you helped solve a problem?
Mechanical Engineer
The interview was about 45 minutes long and we talked about personal development. It was just me and one interviewer, and they asked about my school experience and my favorite courses.
- Can you tell me about a difficult situation you faced and how you got through it?
Mechanical Engineer
It was an on-campus interview that lasted around 20 minutes. Mostly behavioral questions were asked. It felt less like a conversation and more like the interviewer was reading questions and I was just answering. They took notes and it was a really quick process.
- What's your approach to handling stress?
