Intern
So, first there's this initial call, and then after that, you have a video call with the hiring manager. They ask typical behavioral questions, but also some unique scenario questions that seem to depend on the hiring manager.
- How do you keep yourself organized?
Intern
I had a Zoom interview that was pretty standard in terms of questions and how it was set up. What was kind of a bummer though was that HR didn't communicate well after the interview, which felt really unprofessional.
- Describe a time you collaborated within a team to resolve an issue.
IT Intern
It was a pretty relaxed and easy interview process, they are really looking to hire students. The first interview was kinda informal and had simple questions like 'What was your favorite class'. The second interview was at CITGO and involved a group of people, behavioral questions, and a tour of the facility.
- What was the most difficult CIS class you took?
