It was professional and forthright. First, I had a phone screen with HR which gave a good overview of the company but not many details about the position itself. Then, I had an interview with the hiring manager over the phone. They were very knowledgeable about the subject and asked clear questions, and also gave good insights into what it's like to work on their team.

I had three interviews in total, each with a different person. The whole thing took about 4 weeks, which felt a bit long. They included a short personality test, but it wasn't too much. Overall, I'd say it was a good experience. They also do a background check and a drug test.
