So Citadel's interview process is pretty tough and has a bunch of steps. First, they look at your resume to see if you're a good fit. Then you do an online test with some hard coding and problem-solving stuff to see how good you are technically. After that, there's a phone interview where they ask you coding questions and problem-solving ones. If you do well, you go to the onsite interviews, which have several parts to check your technical skills, system design knowledge, and if you'd fit in. Lastly, you talk to top execs to see if you're right for the team. They really want the best people, so it's a thorough process.
