I had a frustrating experience interviewing with them. It involved multiple rounds of interviews and a take-home assignment. However, they completely ghosted me and never responded to any of my follow-up emails. The lack of communication and disregard for candidates' time is disappointing and unprofessional. This left a lasting negative impression.

A Citadel recruiter hit me up on LinkedIn. First, I chatted with the recruiter about my experience and if I was a good fit for the job. Then, I took a HackerRank test, but unfortunately, I didn't pass because I didn't finish all the questions on time. The test had two SQL questions and one Python question that was broken into three parts. I got all the SQL done and two parts of the Python question, but time ran out before I could finish the last part.
