Associate
We started with a 45-minute modeling test. Then, depending on the team size, there were in-person interviews covering background, investment process, and a stock pitch. This was followed by a 4-hour case study that required building a 3-statement model and analyzing transcripts/filings. The process concluded with a debrief with the team.
- Can you walk me through your stock pitch for a long position and a short position?
Associate
I applied and then had to take a quick IQ test with patterns and numbers. The first interview was mostly behavioral, asking about books I'd read. Then I spoke with HR about challenges and my reasons for wanting to join the program.
- Tell me about a difficulty you've encountered.
- What books have you read?
- Why this program?
Senior Associate
I had a few interviews at the company. It started with a phone call, and then I had to go to the office for more interviews. They asked a lot of different things, and I had to present stock ideas.
- Could you tell me a bit about yourself?
- Can you present your stock pitches?
