It was a CV screening to start, then a mix of technical questions and market knowledge checks. It really depends on the specific pod. Mine was mainly about inflation and monetary policy, and they also asked about Python skills. There were some stats questions, but they weren't too difficult. I got to the final round and was rejected, which was strange because the feedback was positive throughout the process.
