I first spoke with HR after they reached out following my attendance at a Career Fair. I emailed them the next morning and they got back to me quickly for a phone interview. Then I got invited to Analyst Day, which involved a series of interviews with managers and associates, both in a group setting and another HR interview. They asked a mix of general and technical questions, covering my resume, accounting knowledge, and past experiences. It was a pretty standard process, and the personalities of the interviewers varied within the groups.

I applied online through the school resource center. First, I had an HR screen to discuss why I applied and which Corporate Finance group I was interested in. Then, I had several phone interviews with associates focusing mostly on fit questions, but also some DCF and financial statement questions. After that, they flew me to the office for a 'super day' where I met with several MDs. It was very informal and welcoming, with not many other candidates around.

The interview process moved very quickly and efficiently. The interviewers were friendly and asked a mix of technical and behavioral questions. There were five rounds in total, including HR, the Hiring Manager, other team members, and senior leadership. The entire process lasted about a month. I got the offer two days after the final round.
