The recruiter, project manager, and tech lead were all online and asked questions relevant to their fields. I was honest about my knowledge, strengths, and weaknesses, which helped them find a role that was a great fit for me. I could tell the interviewers were smart and well-prepared. They also told me about growth opportunities within the company. I also had to complete a technical project as part of the selection process. Everything went smoothly, and overall it was an excellent experience, as long as you're prepared and show you really want the job.
