The interviewers were super professional and really made me feel welcome. It was a smooth and engaging experience overall. It took about 2-3 weeks from when I applied to get the final decision. The process involved an initial screening, a technical interview, and then a case study.
- Can you introduce yourself?
Account Executive
The interview process started with an initial 30-minute HR intro call. I was told it would be 3 calls total, then a reference check, and then final offer approval. The second call was a 45-minute Hiring Manager call with behavioral questions and background discussion. The third call was split into three 45-minute parts: one with the head of sales (behavioral, sales background, culture fit), one with the head of HR (culture fit, background), and one with another hiring manager (behavioral, situational). After this, they initiated reference checks as expected. Following positive references, they moved to offer approval. However, a week later, I had an unmentioned 'Team Matching Interview' with a new manager. Nine days after that, I was informed they wouldn't be proceeding with an offer due to this last-minute interview, which felt misleading as the process changed significantly from what was initially described.
- Can you tell me about your most successful sale to date?
Sales Development Representative
Really enjoyed the whole interview process. I interviewed with 3 different people, and it was a super conversational experience. I felt really comfortable throughout. I had the chance to ask questions and got complete transparency about the company, what the responsibilities are, and the benefits.
- What are your long-term goals within the company?
Outside Sales Representative
I got a call from a really nice lady named Crystal. Then I had two more interviews with managers who were also super nice. They told me the base pay is 50k, but they won't tell you how commission works until after you're hired. It's 3-4% of gross, which is pretty low for an account executive. If you need sales experience, this is a place to get it, but plan to leave ASAP because they actually reduce your commission the longer you stay. They've basically set up the pay to punish people who have been there a while.
- Do you breathe?
