Applied through Indeed and got a call pretty fast to set up an interview. We chatted, they asked about my salary expectations, and we finished talking about a possible second interview. I decided not to go for the second interview.

I applied through Indeed and dropped off my resume at the store. They called me back and I had an interview in a public place, not at the store. The interview lasted about 45 minutes and we talked about my past experience in higher positions. We also discussed how new employees reacted positively and negatively to company policies and guidelines. Lastly, we talked about how current and future employees would see me as their manager.
