Intern
The interview process was straightforward. It was conducted over Zoom with a single manager. I was asked about my background, any difficult situations I've managed to get through, and what unique value I offer.
- Could you explain your motivation for seeking employment with our company?
- Can you discuss your past experiences?
- Describe a challenge you've faced and how you overcame it.
Events Intern
I had a zoom interview with two employees. They were open to discussing full-time opportunities after the internship. However, all intern positions are unpaid, which led me to decline the offer. If the internship were paid, I would have enjoyed it because it requires in-person attendance, with no remote options.
- What do you do during your free time?
Office Administrator
The interview for the Office Administrator position was straightforward. It was conducted entirely over Zoom and consisted of three distinct stages. Initially, I spoke with a junior manager, followed by an interview with the head of the department. Both interviews were conducted in a welcoming atmosphere and involved standard questions typical for this kind of role.
- Tell me about a time you faced a major challenge at work, how you handled it, the actions you took, and the result.
Marketing Coordinator
I drove out to the track and checked in at the front desk. An intern came down and led me to the hiring manager. I was asked typical questions about my past experiences and how they would apply at COTA. The questions were straightforward, not trying to trick me. It was a pretty long interview, but everyone was very pleasant.
- Why do you want to work at COTA?
