The interview process involved two rounds. The first was an online interview, and if selected, the second was an in-person interview that included a one-hour coding session. I was asked two questions during the coding round, and the interviewers were quite friendly. I felt I did well on the coding part. Afterward, I interviewed with a manager who asked typical questions about my past projects and future goals. In the end, people who only finished one part of the coding round were selected. It seemed like they were choosing interns based on skin tone.

HR reached out via LinkedIn for a role. They were fast with the outcome. The in-person interview at HQ was friendly, HR even showed me around. However, hiring managers were late for the scheduled time. After not passing the manager interview, HR's attitude changed. They stopped responding when I asked for feedback, seeming unwilling to share any details. The office is in an industrial building, and the restroom facilities were unpleasant with limited stalls.

So, I had this interview on campus, it was about 30 minutes long. It started with me talking about my past internship work. Then they asked me some questions about OOP, like in the real world, and also about microservices. At the end, they gave me a coding problem and I had to write pseudocode. They also asked if there were other ways to solve it, like maybe better ways.
