Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview process had 3-4 rounds after the initial HR screening. First was a round with the Hiring Manager, followed by a take-home case study assignment which had reasonable questions and no strict time limit. Then, another round with the Hiring Manager to discuss the case study. Finally, a round with a key stakeholder, who was the Business Head in my case. The whole process was quite fast, and the HR team was efficient in scheduling and responsive.

The process was pretty rough. The first two interviews, the HR person didn't even show up for the screening. The third reschedule worked out okay. After a successful screening, I set up another interview after nudging them for more info because my HR person went on break without saying anything. We had a hiring manager interview scheduled, but it got canceled right before. They said they'd call about rescheduling, but I never heard back. I ended up wasting an hour in meetings where no one showed up, and then they just ghosted me after one good interview. Seems like no one cares about treating people right.

Behavioral Case Technical

There were three interviews in total. The first interview was with HR. I can't really remember what happened, but I think it was just a basic HR interview, trying to get to know you and why you want to apply for the role and company. The next two interviews were with two Product Managers. I think the second PM was a senior one, but I can't be sure. The second interview was okay; he just asked me more in-depth about my experience and how I can bring my experience over to product management. He also opened the floor to questions, which I had a lot of so I think he couldn't ask me any other questions. For the last interview, there were a lot of PM or case study related questions. He asked me about my favourite product and how I can make it better. There were also questions about how I will bring a product or feature to fruition (i.e. the product management process), how I will resolve conflicts between different stakeholders, etc. Overall, it was an okay interview experience. If you're planning to apply for this role, you might want to practice those case study questions on productmanagementexercises dot com or something.
