Marketing
The interview process for the marketing department at Circles went well. It was easy and the interviewers were nice and welcoming, making me feel more relaxed.

Marketing
This was one of the worst 30-minute interviews I've had in my 10-year career. The recruiter was negative from the start and didn't let me talk about my experiences. The questions weren't about my skills, but more about assumptions and whether I could handle a "very stressful environment" at Circles. The recruiter was condescending, assuming the role might be "too senior" or "too tough" for me, or that the Circles X technology would be "too difficult" for marketers. I experienced a lot of mansplaining, which made me decide I wouldn't want anyone to join this company.
- Can you tell me why you left your past jobs instead of what you learned or your transferable skills?
Marketing
I applied online and got a quick response for a chat. I had an interview with two HR people. They asked about my understanding of the business and role, my career goals, and my background. Then, they told me they wanted me to do a case study and would send materials, giving me a few days. But they completely ghosted me after that. I haven't heard anything even after a follow-up, which is annoying since I rearranged my weekend for the case study. It was really unprofessional and disrespectful. The interviewer was arrogant and the vibe wasn't friendly. Reading other reviews, I'm not the only one who's had this kind of experience.
- What do you know about this company?
- What's your understanding of this role?
- Why did you decide to apply here?
