First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Circles.
Intern
The interview focused on fit questions and an introduction to the role. There wasn't any technical testing because it was more centered on business operations, emphasizing general attitude and eagerness to learn. It's a good idea to prepare questions to show you're proactive.
- Can you tell me about your previous experiences?
Intern
It was a two-round interview process. The first round involved a phone call with HR, where they asked questions about my CV, and then they told me about the company and the role. The second round was a video call with the hiring manager. They had to reschedule this video call once because the hiring manager had an urgent meeting. The video call lasted about 30 minutes, and the questions weren't too difficult.
- What makes you want to join our company?
Intern
I had a call interview over Whatsapp. They asked basic questions like tell me about yourself, about my interests, my experience, and my strengths and weaknesses. They also mentioned that the internship requires a commitment of 4-6 months, and that undergraduates are preferred. The interview itself was about 15 minutes long.
