Nurse Care Coach
It was a really smooth interview, felt more like a casual chat. They clearly explained all the expectations for the role, making sure I understood it's an independent contractor position. They were very upfront about everything. The questions were of average difficulty and I felt quite comfortable. Communication was excellent throughout.
- What aspect of nursing would you like to see changed?
Engineer
The interview process was quick, straight, and forward, and overall a nice experience. They helped calm my anxiety. I encountered questions that I was familiar with, successfully passed through the different stages, and ultimately received an offer. The technical lead was unavailable.
- Technical questions were asked.
- Questions were asked live.
- A live test was administered.
Customer Success Manager
The interview process started with an initial screening and a case study, which was followed by a presentation to the Hiring Manager. The initial screening interview was really nice and felt like a conversation. They asked a lot of questions about my past experiences and how they might fit the job. The case study was pretty standard but had a lot of detail. I didn't make it past the case study, but the next step would have been a presentation and a chat with the hiring manager.
- Do you have experience with CCM or Medicaid?
Support Manager
The whole process lasted about a month. I first got an email for a "phone screen via zoom" with the hiring manager. We met over zoom, though she kept her camera off, which was a bit unusual for me, but I didn't mind. She asked some standard questions and mentioned she'd get back to me in 2-4 business days after sending my resume and her notes to the Operations Team. Four days later, I received an automated email stating my application was reviewed but I wasn't selected for further consideration, which felt odd given I had just spent 30 minutes talking with the HR manager the previous week. For such a small company, it seemed to lack the personalized touch and values they claim to uphold.
- Could you tell me about yourself?
- How would you approach performance management for an employee?
