The first interview went great, but the second one felt rushed and the interviewers seemed uninterested. They didn't want to use cameras, saying they were too busy. They also mentioned I'd have to learn everything from scratch despite my 6 years of experience. I never heard back about an offer or feedback. It doesn't seem like a good place to work.

An HR person contacted me on LinkedIn and told me about the job and what it entails. I liked what I heard and sent my resume. About two weeks later, I interviewed with the VP of the Toledo Office. He gave me a good overview of the company and asked me questions about my background and when I could start. I enjoyed talking with him, and I was both excited and a little nervous. A few weeks after that, I received an offer. I haven't started yet because of my work authorization status due to COVID, but they understood and said I could begin once I'm eligible. Even though I haven't officially joined, it feels like an honor to be part of Circle Logistics based on how things have gone.

So I applied online and pretty quickly got an email to do these two online tests. One was like a personality thing, and the other was an intelligence test with a bunch of math. After I finished those, the recruiter called and asked me to come in for an interview. When I got there, the place was kinda run down, you know? Like dirty air vents, mismatched furniture, cables hanging everywhere. They did mention they're moving to a new place soon though. It seemed pretty clear they really needed someone with IT experience to help them out because they seemed to be lacking vision.

The interview process was straightforward initially. The phone interview went smoothly. Following that, there was a video interview with at least two interviewers, lasting a maximum of 45 minutes. They explicitly stated, 'We want to discuss you with our hires up, we have great feedback on you. Please let us know if your other interviews move forward so we can be prepared to keep up on our ends in terms of time and an offer.' However, just 24 hours later, I received an automated email indicating they had decided not to proceed. When I requested feedback on my interview, I received no response. It seems they will quickly dismiss candidates, even if hired. The expectation is 150 calls daily, and failure to meet a 70k earnings threshold results in termination. Their professionalism is questionable, and college graduates should be wary.
