The interview process usually includes a phone screening, some behavioral and situational questions, and then you might role-play a sales scenario. They check your communication and persuasion skills and how much you know about the company's products/services. It's a pretty straightforward and relaxed process.

The interview process started with an initial call with the recruiter. This was followed by a remote panel interview with four people where competency questions were asked. Next, I had an on-site, face-to-face meeting with one person, which included a 'meet the team' session. After accepting the offer, I had several discussions with the hiring manager regarding potential start dates and contracts. However, over two weeks later, I was informed via text message that the offer was being rescinded and the position was being given to someone else for a lower salary. This experience has been devastating and shocking, especially given the company's claims of valuing its staff. It has negatively impacted my life, leaving me two weeks behind in my job search after being made redundant. Applicants should be cautious with job offers and continue their job hunt as nothing is guaranteed.

I went through 2 interviews with Circle Health. First was with the hiring manager, then a second with the HM and a director. I got through both and they said they wanted to offer me the job and HR would send the formal offer. But then I waited 3 weeks and nothing happened. I checked with the agent a couple of times and they said the same thing - that it was with HR and they could be "a bit slow". I told the agent I'd give it 2 more weeks and then set a deadline. The HM emailed reiterating the offer but still no formal offer. After 3 weeks, I'd already gotten a formal offer for another job so I pulled myself out of this process. Honestly, I doubt a formal offer would have ever arrived! It was an awful recruitment experience. I was glad to tell them where to go in the end.
