Behavioral Therapist
It was a really fast process. They started with a phone call to talk about my experience with kids, my education, and my work history. They also asked about my background with children who have autism.
- Would you be open to driving over 3 days per week?
Behavior Technician
The interview process was very seamless and friendly. They wanted to know about my experience with kids with special needs. It was a plus if I had worked with different types of behaviors and if I had my rbt.

ABA Therapist
After submitting my resume, I was contacted by phone if it aligned with the company. During the call, I was asked a few questions about my transportation, availability for the work week, and if I was open to weekend work. After that, a Zoom video call was set up.
- Do you have prior experience working with children?
- What is the highest level of education you have completed?
- Would you be comfortable performing play therapy?
Behavioral Health Technician
The interview was pretty thorough and they asked me about my background. The interviewer was super friendly, and the whole thing took less than 20 minutes. I got the job offer immediately after.
